Flat warts are the virus skin disease that are caused by infection with human papillomavirus(HPV). The virus is caused by excess amount of keratin to develop in the top of skin layer. The keratins appear hard texture of warts on the face, hands and even feet. The wart virus can be transmitted from one person to another and it spreads easily by skin to skin contacts.
